The Icebug Mens Gryllo BUGrip Trail Run Shoes are adventure racers with some balls. These lightweight shoes feature firm EVA tub midsoles with softer inserts, so they offer excellent sole torsion while absorbing shock like champs. This makes the Gryllo racing shoe excellent for long distance runs, unpredictable terrain, and running under the added weight of a pack. These shoes also bite into trail with carbide steel BUGrip studs. These studs recede into the rubber soles when you tread on harder ground, but they remain protruded on slick surfaces, so you get incredible traction that suits the terrain. These trail runners repel water and debris while protecting your toes and arches from sticks and stones. Well have to agree with Icebug: more is more, in the Gryllos case.
